Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for the Hospital Affiliated Physicians/ Doctors sales team.
  • Prospect potential clients to determine which organizations would be a great fit for our solutions.
  • Research and nurture accounts, identify influencers and key decision makers and generate interest for Change Healthcare service offerings.
  • Engage and qualify prospects daily via telephone and email outreach efforts.
  • Detail prospect interactions to ensure effective lead management
  • Achieve benchmarks and quota consistently to ensure company objectives are met.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years inside sales/outbound calling experience required
  • Freshers can also apply.

Critical Skills:

  • Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in a fast paced and evolving sales environment
  • Experience using MS Office and Excel
  • Experience with opportunity qualification and objection handling
  • Experience clearly and persuasively articulating a company‚Äôs value proposition and business opportunity
  • Pre-call planning experience including structure, dynamics
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Highly competitive, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
