Introduction

Dr. Sukhmani Mann (Director - Healthcare) is a Co-founder of the Corporation. A Medical graduate and a Doctorate in Business and Hospital Management, she brings to Credence 20 years of work experience from diverse fields. Having started her career as a practicing Dental Surgeon she moved on to work in Corporate Hospitals looking after Patient Welfare, General Administration and Procurement.

She has the unique capability of working day in and day out in the corporate culture and alongside pursue academics. Her devotion for academics has been instrumental for award of her Doctoral Degree and her various Publications and International Presentations in her chosen field of Healthcare Management.

She is a visiting faculty at the prestigious Panjab University and is a Management Consultant to various Hospitals. Her beautiful inner self and her commitment to the cause of Humanity was illustrated during her zealous work, at the well acclaimed Yadavindra Public School, where she created modules for academic progression of Slow Learners & Dyslexic students as Head of the Learning Centre.

Championing these initiatives over the last twenty years, Dr. Sukhmani Mann, is the driving force at Credence. She is steering the organization’s emergence as the Global Commissionaire and Concierge Service Provider for the Health Care Industry. Passionate about Wellness she is very keen to develop Alternative Medicine as inclusive part of Healthcare. Introduction

Kushal Pal Singh Mann, President and a Co-founder of the Corporation and has been the organizer for the Formation of the Corporation is the State of Texas, USA. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a Masters in Rotodynamics from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. He started his Engineering career in the field of Electric Power generation using Non-Conventional Sources of Renewable Energy and was also a faculty member of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the renowned Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

Thereafter in 1997, he went into business as a first generation Entrepreneur. He became a successful impresario in the world of Weighing & Industrial Automation and Banking & Finance, both in India and the United States. He serves on the Board of multiple Companies and Corporations. His multifaceted persona divulges during his active involvement in the alumni affairs of his alma mater and in his TV debates on politics and current affairs.

Credence looks forward to his dynamic vision, strategic focus, entrepreneurial skills, business expertise, financial intellect and comprehension of law to guide the Corporation across the demanding markets, competitive scenarios and critical situations. His knowledge and study of fluid global political settings and current affairs will help the Corporation to continuously evolve and strategize the course of its international operations as per the prevalent geopolitical situations at a given point in time.

Introduction

Varinder Singh (Director - Technical) is a part of the founding family of the Corporation’s business and is the brain behind the development of the Credence’s unique Online Platform. When the world of Computer Science was in its infancy and he was still in High School, he took a fancy to the intricacies of Computer programming. His conviction to Information Technology at that nascent age was so strong, that he refused to join any Engineering College in North India since none of them had Department of Computer Science in the late eighties. He went all the way to Bangalore in South India to do his Bachelors in Computer Engineering.

He has been continuously improving his skills and is in tandem with the evolving Technologies. He has come of age concurrent with the World Wide Web. During all these years he has been exposed to the work environments in India, United States, United Kingdom, Tanzania, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. A first generation Entrepreneur he runs his businesses globally and has remained associated with University of Auckland.

He is a technology agnostic IT Architect with experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, Application Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, API Architecture and Data Architecture. He has designed solutions using Microservices, Docker/Docker Swarm/Kubernetes based infrastructure and promoted the use of DevOps.

His participation and guidance is pivotal and vital in the development of Credence’s IT Infrastructure and its continuous refinement & upgradation. His vast experience of quarter century and study of the evolving Technologies will keep the Credence solutions and services, technology driven and updated in real time.
