Jose A Esparza, Deputy Secretary of State, State of Texas certified on August 20, 2019 that a Certificate of Amendment for the change of name of Credence Medicare Corporation to Credence Medicure Corporation has been received in their office and filed as provided by law. Accordingly, by the virtue of the authority vested in the secretary by law hereby issued the Certificate of filing for the change of name of the Corporation.
